Before you write — quick answers
- Something wrong with a story? The fastest route is the report button (⚑) in the story player — it sends us the story and your note directly, even if you're offline at the time.
- Want to delete your account? You can do it yourself in the app, or see the account-deletion page.
- Billing question? Subscriptions are billed by Google Play; you can view, cancel, or request refunds in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help untangle it.
- Privacy question? Start with the privacy policy — it's written in plain English — then email us with anything it doesn't answer.
When you email
Telling us your app version (Grown-ups → About) and your device model helps us help you faster. Please don't include passwords or payment details — we'll never ask for them.
